What are the pre-requirements to get a forklift license?

There are not many. However, if you are at least 18 year old and have basic understanding of written and spoken English, then this will be sufficient to get your forklift licence in Sydney.

You will also need to take both theory and practical test before you are eligible for a 60 days license. After the test you will require 100 points of ID to apply for the permanent forklift license.

Meaning of LF or LO?

The LF license, will allow you to operate the most common forklift that is used in warehouses.

With the LO type license, you can operate forklifts like Order Picker/Stock Picker.

Is there a minimum mage to get the license to operate a forklift?

Yes, the minimum age is 18.

Does an oversea forklift license work in NSW?

An overseas forklift licence is not approved under the law in NSW. You have to be tested to get a forklift license in NSW.

Can I operate a forklift if my boss me too even though I don’t own a license?

You can operate a forklift in your workplace under one condition. If you work under the supervision of a current license holder, then you can operate a forklift. Supervision is always required.

What is the duration of the course?

Depending upon your experience and choice, you can choose from the following forklift courses.
One day forklift course
Two day forklift course
Three day forklift course

Is there any forklift training centre around my neighborhood?

Yes. There should be a forklift training centre close to you. To find out, all you need to do is click on the submit a quote form.

How can I find nearest forklift training centre?

There are many training centres across Sydney. If you want to know more then fill in the form.

Do you provide an onsite training course?

Yes we offer an onsite forklift training course tailored to your needs. We will come to your workplace and start training your staff when you want it.

What about the refresher course?

Depending on your experience, or when was the last time you operated a forklift may determine if you will require refresher training. Although not always compulsory, you may want to complete a refresher course to improve your skills..

What experience do your assessors have?

We have experienced and certified assessors. They have many years experience in both handing the forklift and training students.

What should I wear when I am in a training site?

You are allowed to wear any clothes that you feel comfortable in. However you should not wear open shoes like sandals, thongs, crocs, etc. If you wear open toes shoes, then you won’t be able to do the course.

I am ready to join, what should I do?

When you are ready, all you need to do is fill in the form and fix the date for your training and licencing course.
