Forklift Training Courses In NSW

Depending on your experience, there are 2 main forklift training courses available to complete.

They are as follows:

One Day Forklift Training and Licensing

This course is designed for those who have little forklift operator experience. The basic purpose of this course is to train you with the knowledge you require to operate a forklift with competence. You will also be provided with theoretical materials to study for your test. After you have studied all the materials, you will then spend your day operating a forklift. The assessors will teach you how to operate a forklift on a training day.

This course includes the knowledge of forklift components, how you operate a forklift safely and efficiently, and all the safety checks. Once you are competent with a forklift and feel confident, you will then be allowed to take the test. If you pass that test you will get an interim 60 day forklift licence.

During that time, you can apply for the license to operate a forklift in your workplace.

Two Day Forklift Training and License

This course is designed for those people who have no experience with a forklift. Unlike the one day forklift training course, the theoretical materials will be taught by the trainers. And they will take time to discuss any questions you may have with the materials.

It is entirely up to you which course you choose.
